Location: Pick up Stoke on Trent (Shared Van) working onsite covering Burton, Lichfield, Nottingham and surrounding areas – typically working Monday to Friday 39 hours 

As a Roofer for Novus Property Solutions, you’ll work with a great team, who support each other and work together to deliver a great service for our customers. Ideally possessing a background and qualification in Roofing, working within Social Housing tenanted properties on traditional roofs.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience 

  • Traditional Social Housing pitched roofs, removing plain tiles, replacing with a variety of tiles as required and relevant insulation measures to current British standards
  • Familiar with felt and baton
  • Lead work to chimneys, stepping details and valleys
  • Gauging out
  • Slate roofing experience desirable
  • Breathable system compliant with current fixings meeting British standard specifications and competent roofer
  • Manage Systems to ensure they are up to date and accurate
  • Follow and enforce company health and safety procedures
  • Working from job tickets on a hand held device
  • This role will require a Full UK Driving Licence 
  • The role will require a DBS check to be taken
