Location: Site based around Lancashire and Cumbria – typically working Monday to Friday 39 hours 

​As a Roofer for Novus Property Solutions, you’ll work with a great team, who support each other and work together to deliver a great service for our customers. Ideally possessing a background and qualification in Roofing, working within Social Housing tenanted properties on traditional roofs, and shared accommodation complexes.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience 

• Roofer with experience of working on all aspects of domestic roofing and related repairs including: Roof tile replacements, fascia/soffit and rain water goods repairs/replacements, chimney and valley repairs and flat roof refelting
• Previous experience working in a live environment would be beneficial
• Breathable system compliant with current fixings meeting British standard specifications and competent roofer beneficial but not essential
• Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily
• Working in co-operation with other trades/occupations as well as the site or contract team, whilst managing own time effectively
  
• Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
• Manage Systems to ensure they are up to date and accurate
  
• Full UK Driving Licence is required
• This role will require a DBS check
