Location Site based, covering Yate and approximately a 60 minute radius.

Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Joiner to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties

An outline of your responsibilities and experience 

  • Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Joinery background, joinery experience essential. The works include the repairs of various upvc doors, windows, kitchens repairs and installations and general maintenance to ensure functionality.
  • Social Housing experience is essential as you will be working in tenanted properties on general repairs maintenance.
  • Basic Plumbing, tiling & patch plastering, floor laying, mould and damp treatment is desirable.
  • Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
  • Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
  • Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
  • Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
  • NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery
  • Full UK driving license is required.
  • The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
