Joiner

Novus Property Solutions are a dynamic, award winning property maintenance,
refurbishment and new build specialist with more than 700 staff in 26 Locations
across the UK providing a combination of local knowledge and national strength.
We are a Social and Environmentally responsible family run business with a rich
124-year heritage, delivering a range of bespoke services and solutions to a
wide variety of clients.  

As a result of our success, we
are seeking an experienced Joiner that has a building background,
to join our busy team based in Burton, to be in located in Stoke on Trent,
covering East Midlands and Staffordshire and surrounding areas. Rate of pay in
line with CIJC working regulations.

Skilled required:

• Previous experience working
  as a dedicated Joiner
• Applications are welcome
  from experienced candidates, who are comfortable with the following
  skills: external works, replacement external shed doors and gates,
  replacement fascia, soffit and guttering works.
• A successful candidate will
  need to provide evidence of qualifications and training.
• Must be experienced in
  working in the Social Housing Sector
• Must have a full driving license – Needs to live in Stoke on Trent due to first pick up, however works are in Burton
