Pioneering Healthy Homes and Sustainable Solutions for a Greener Future

At Novus Sustain, our commitment is to creating healthier, energy-efficient homes and buildings for all. We empower organisations and communities to transform living spaces into environments that promote well-being, comfort, and sustainability. Our expertise covers social housing retrofits funded through the Warmer Homes Fund, public sector projects supported by Salix funding, and tailored solutions for the private sector.

Our dedicated team of experts delivers innovative strategies and practical improvements, ensuring every ‘healthy home’ meets the highest standards of safety, warmth, and environmental responsibility. We are proud to be PAS2030 accredited, delivering quality PAS2035 and PAS2038 compliant schemes.

We have developed a cutting-edge IT system aligned with ‘the golden thread’ for compliance, designed to streamline the PAS2030 installation process. This app-based system operates independently of WiFi and provides real-time access to clients via a portal or full interface. Each step of the PAS process is meticulously integrated into the system, ensuring that operatives cannot proceed without completing the necessary tasks, such as capturing photographs with timestamps linked to specific properties. Rigorously tested and validated by independent Retrofit Coordinators, this system enables us to maintain compliance with PAS standards throughout the retrofit journey, enhancing efficiency and reducing administrative burden.

Whether you aim to improve energy efficiency, enhance indoor air quality, or create spaces that nurture occupant health, Novus Sustain partners with you to craft bespoke approaches aligned with your goals. Join us in shaping homes and buildings that support vibrant, sustainable communities—today and for generations to come.
