Reactive and planned works across bus stations, bus stops and shelters

Throughout the year, our team ensures Transport for Greater Manchester’s (TFGM) bus stations, bus stops and shelters continue to offer excellent service to members of the public.

Our highly trained operatives are well prepared to deal with any challenges presented, so the general

public can make uninterrupted journeys around Greater Manchester. We have a measured term contract with TFGM, which sees our employees complete reactive and planned works across its 22 bus stations, 12,400 bus stops and 800 shelters.

Our work with TFGM also involves maintenance at the organisation’s office accommodation, industrial depot and bus turnarounds. We work closely with station supervisors to deliver services, carrying out work safely and minimising interference with bus schedules.

We have been TFGM’s contractor of choice for the past ten years, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance. Our team continues to achieve impressive key performance indicators (KPIs), with 99.2% of works completed within the agreed timescale.

We have a strong relationship with TFGM, which means we can deliver the best possible results by working in partnership with them. Our team takes pride in delivering the best service possible for the client so that their customers remain mobile in the Greater Manchester area.
