To ensure the longevity of our outstanding level of delivery, we have defined our workstreams into five dedicated services –
Interiors, Maintain, Assure, Projects and Sustain.
Working predominantly within our established sectors of housing, education, healthcare, leisure and hospitality we grow our client base by adopting a partnership-based approach across all services.
Underpinning all our activities, we remain focused on bringing a personal touch to each interaction and taking pride in all our works – a strong legacy which is firmly embedded in our commitment to being a national business built on family values.

Our service offering
Our dedicated Interiors service offers impressive fast track refurbishment services that will support your long-term property investment plans. Through our specialist workforce we are able to deliver both small, bespoke one-off projects or large, multi-million pound national refurbishment programmes.
We have delivered thousands of projects involving the renewal, remodelling or reconfiguration of buildings, from minor alterations to highly complex full-scale building renovation. Novus is trusted by numerous clients across multiple sectors and has built up an enviable reputation as a result of technical expertise and the ability to manage difficult and complicated projects.
Our Maintain service focuses on our core activity of property maintenance and refurbishment – working in both the responsive repair and planned works markets.
Our breadth of resource within the Maintain team allows us to deliver the high standards that Novus’ reputation has been built upon for clients throughout the whole of Great Britain.
Bringing together and strengthening our capability across a range of compliance areas, our Assure service provides a full spectrum offering across all areas of passive fire protection, electrical and gas testing – including remedial works – and a new offering of water compliance.
Focusing on long-term relationships and planned cyclical programmes, Assure delivers first-class fully certified solutions to both public and private sector organisations.
Our Projects service works with clients within the leisure, retail, education, healthcare and housing sectors.
Drawing upon our wealth of experience, Projects delivers fit-outs, asset replacement, extensions, public realm and social housing refurbishments ideally within long-term or framework agreements.
Drawing upon our extensive knowledge of working within the housing sector, we have developed a one-stop-shop service to assist social housing landlords achieve their zero carbon targets across their portfolios. Delivered through our dedicated Sustain service, clients benefit from the expert advice and delivery provided by our Centre of Excellence.
By taking a ‘whole life cycle’ approach, landlords can partner with Novus and benefit from our complete service of identification, application and execution of the funding agreement. Once funding is secured, we are then able to carry out all required works to the highest standards and verified through Trustmark quality and assurance.

We know that Covid-19 has had a huge impact on our society and as a responsible business, we are committed to playing our part in supporting the communities who need the most help. This is why we are supporting a national Build Back Better movement.
We have supported a wide range of individuals, organisations and communities across the UK in various ways – from colleagues volunteering their time to assist with projects, to monetary, labour and materials donations.
