	Pay rate: Above national minimum Apprentice rate- £7.55 per hour
	Monday – Friday working week, typically 39 hours per week
	Paid annual leave, typically 23 days + bank holidays
	On-the-job training, support and guidance to put the theory into practise
	Accredited training leading to a qualification – typically paid day or block release at college
	Personal skills development-  #Skillsforlife along with the technical skills to do the job
	Your own personal mentor- one of our team will be your dedicated mentor providing the support, help and guidance you need to succeed
