We’re CREST accredited and cyber secure
We’ve just received our Cyber Essentials certification which means we’re now officially CREST-accredited having achieved a fundamental level of cyber security.
CREST is an approved accreditation body under the UK Government’s National Cyber Security Strategy, run through the Cyber Essentials programme. It is designed to make the UK a safer place to conduct business online.
All our systems and processes have now been independently assessed by IT Governance Ltd under the Cyber Essentials programme. The programme addressed all our internet facing infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, servers and end user devices.
We had to demonstrate that all our IT systems and servers as well as desktop PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones are safe and that we’re able to effectively mitigate against the risk from internet-borne threats. We’re increasingly reliant on technology for our day-to-day operations so it’s vital that we can prove we’re cyber secure.
