Potters ‘Arf team raises charity funds
The figures are in and we’re delighted to announce that seven members of the Novus team who ran the Potters ‘Arf Marathon have raised an impressive £1,250 for the University Hospital of North Staffordshire charity (UHNS).
Our director Chris Walford completed the race, along with Matt Harnett, Vicky Prescott, Matt Cornish, Gary Clay, Jimmy Philips and Craig Martin.
Chris said: "The money we have raised will go towards the cancer centre at the hospital. We are very proud to have raised this money for the centre. Cancer affects one in three people, which is why the service and treatment that the cancer centre provides is so important."

Steve Rushton, charitable funds manager at UHNS, said: "Everyone is rightly proud of our cancer centre and it is generous donations like this that will help improve care and treatment even further."
