Novus' Warrington office thrives
Our Warrington office continues to thrive as it delivers the highest quality service on several high profile reactive maintenance contracts.

The Warrington base, on Cinammon Park, is a communication hub for reactive maintenance operations, and deals daily with hundreds of enquiries from clients such as Anchor Housing, Transport for Greater Manchester, Riverside, Royal Mail and the University of Manchester.

Our ongoing partnership with Anchor Housing involves providing reactive, void and minor maintenance work across 150 residential and care homes and about 6000 dwellings in various locations across the country.
Our performance on this contract is measured by Key Performance Indicators, with the team consistently exceeding targets and recently scoring 99.2% for works completed within priority and 98% for first time fix works.

The partnership with Anchor began in 2005 and still remains strong, with us building a bespoke team of operatives to deal with the specific needs of the contract, including completing works for elderly and vulnerable tenants.

Our work for social housing provider Riverside spans across Staffordshire, Birmingham, Telford, Leicester, Derby and Nottingham and also incorporates Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

We deliver reactive and void repairs and maintenance services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. On average each month, the Warrington office receives more than 1000 responsive maintenance requests from the social landlord, with operatives also completing work on about 40 void properties per months across the Riverside area.

Meanwhile, we deliver reactive and planned maintenance for Transport for Greater Manchester, with the contractor working on 22 bus stations, 12,358 bus stops and 780 bus shelters in the Greater Manchester area, after calls have been fielded at the Warrington office.

As well as this, the team works across offices, accommodation, industrial depots, bus turnarounds, car parks, estate properties and more, again delivering highly impressive results for the client.

We have an ongoing partnership with Royal Mail and for the past seven years has carried out reactive and planned maintenance for the organisation throughout Wales, the Midlands and the North West. Staff in the Warrington office field calls from the client, and work is carried out 24/7 in delivery offices, Post Offices, mail centres and national distribution centres, among other areas.
For another long-term client, the University of Manchester, we complete reactive and planned maintenance across all of its buildings, which vary in age and usage. From lecture theatres and laboratories to refectories and recreational facilities, the team carries out ongoing care and repair across the University’s stock once jobs have been dispatched from Warrington.
Due to our success in delivering this contract, the University has extended it three times, and the team continues to work with the University’s Estates Team to build on relationships and offer more effective planned works.
