NOVUS’ SUSTAIN SERVICE AWARDED PLACE ON NEW GREENER FUTURES PARTNERSHIP FRAMEWORK

We’re delighted to have been awarded a place on a newly-launched framework by Greener Futures Partnership and Pretium Frameworks which will see us provide a series of decarbonisation-focused retrofit works to a significant number of properties across England and Wales.

Works will be carried out through our dedicated Sustain service, which offers a one-stop-shop service for the identification of and application for funding, as well as the execution of retrofit works to properties.

Our vast experience in the end-to-end delivery of decarbonisation services will be invaluable for this framework, which aims to ensure that the stock of 300,000 properties achieves an EPC rating of at least C by 2030. Greener Futures Partnership was set up by five housing associations across England and Wales, representing nine per cent of the housing market.

Commenting on the contractor’s place on the new framework, Charlie Cooley, Head of Operations at Novus Property Solutions said:

We’re delighted to have been awarded a place on this new framework by Greener Futures Partnership and Pretium Frameworks, demonstrating Novus’ growing reputation for the delivery of decarbonisation works across the social housing sector. “Our dedicated Sustain team is highly experienced in providing end-to-end decarbonisation services, from supporting SHDF applications to the successful delivery of retrofit works. We look forward to delivering exceptional decarbonisation works across England and Wales over the next seven years, as well as applying our partnership approach to achieve quality results for residents.”
