We’re proud to have secured a two-year framework contract with The Guinness Partnership, in one of several recent contract wins in the South West of England.

Following The Guinness Partnership’s procurement process, we were awarded a contract for its planned maintenance framework. The contract will run for a further two years and will include kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, fire doors, electric heating, and external works.

We have worked with The Guinness Partnership for six years, and this historic partnership saw our team achieve a fantastic average customer service score of 97.3 per cent in 2023. This partnership also extends to significant social value contributions across employment, local supply chain, as well as community and charity initiatives and events.

Our Senior Operations Manager, Mark Noad, said: “We’re proud to have been awarded a two-year framework contract with our longstanding client The Guinness partnership in the South West, cementing our position as a contractor of choice in the region.
