NOVUS SECURES PLACE ON PRESTIGIOUS FIT OUT FRAMEWORK
We’re delighted to have successfully secured a place on the Pagabo Refit and Refurbishment Framework. This framework provides customers with a specialist route to appoint Novus on any refit or refurbishment project. Our Interiors team is dedicated to supporting clients across the country, and the Pagabo framework provides us with the perfect opportunity to demonstrate our excellence.
About the framework
Pagabo’s framework has a value of £1bn and is spread out across five value-based lots ranging from £50,000 to £15m+ to meet the demand for its ever-growing national client base across all major business sectors. A total of 93 companies have been appointed to the Refit and Refurbishment Framework which will run for four years from May 2023.
We have successfully secured a place as a core contractor on three lots, delivering fit out works including internal refreshes to occupied and empty buildings along with cut and carve refurbishments.
The framework covers fit-out and refurbishments which is a key area of expertise for Novus. We have extensive knowledge and experience in delivering fit-out projects across Great Britain, with a recent example including the completion of a three-storey extension and internal refurbishment project for Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College.
The project involved construction of a new extension to the college, extending the building to the east and standing three storeys in height, along with a complete internal fit-out of its new teaching facilities and workshops, as well as a large performance room and IT laboratories.
