Putting safety first

Health and safety is a core priority across our business, supported by ongoing training, collaboration between operational teams and SHEA specialists, and a continuous focus on learning and improvement.

Whether we’re delivering projects across social housing, healthcare, education, hotels, student accommodation and retail & leisure, much of our work is carried out in occupied environments. This requires robust planning, clear communication and strict adherence to safety procedures to help protect both on-site workers and building users.

Being recognised through RoSPA reflects our approach to embedding health and safety throughout every stage of project delivery, from planning and risk assessment through to on-site execution and completion.

A team achievement
