NOVUS REAPPOINTED TO WHITBREAD’S NATIONAL REFURBISHMENT FRAMEWORK

We’ve been reappointed to Whitbread’s national refurbishment framework to continue delivering high-quality refurbishments across the Premier Inn estate.

The framework, which is to last for a period of three years, covers refurbishment fit-outs across Whitbread’s chain of more than 840 Premier Inn hotels in the UK and Ireland and reinforces our position as a trusted partner in the hotel sector. Projects as part of the framework will vary in size and scope from conditional works such as redecoration or retiling to full bedroom strip-outs and refits. By taking a phased approach our teams can typically carry out a full refurbishment for an average-sized hotel with 40 bedrooms in one month.

We’ve worked with Whitbread for 15 years and in that time we’ve refurbished Premier Inns all over the UK from Elgin to St Austell and Belfast, the majority of which were live projects with the hotels remaining open to guests throughout. Projects include some of Whitbread’s largest Premier Inn hotels including London Gatwick North, which has more than 700 bedrooms across 10 floors, as well as a sensitive refurbishment at London Waterloo, which is situated next to a Listed building.
