NOVUS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TAKES TO THE STAGE AT HOMES 2025
Our Executive Director of Operations, Steve Gayter is set to join a panel session on the topic of collaboration at the upcoming HOMES UK 2025 event.
The annual event forms part of Housing Week and is the largest free-to-attend conference and exhibition of its kind, bringing thousands of housing professionals together. This year HOMES UK 2025 will be held at the Excel in London on 25th and 26th November – immediately after the Autumn Budget is announced.
Steve Gayter will be taking to the Fusion21 Procurement with Purpose Stage on Wednesday 26th November at 12.45pm to take part in a panel discussion titled ‘Collaborate to deliver: Unblocking the housing supply chain together’. With short timelines and resource pressures creating bottlenecks, this session will explore how housing providers, contractors, and suppliers can work smarter together to keep delivery on track.
The session will be chaired by Paul Towers, Framework Manager (construction and decarbonisation) at Fusion21 with a representative from Mears Group and CEF joining the panel alongside us. All three speakers will add their own unique view, offering different perspectives from within the supply chain.
Steve Gayter, Executive Director of Operations at Novus Property Solutions commented ahead of the event: “Our purpose at Novus is to create a legacy where people can live, work and thrive. We strive to deliver sustainable value for our clients while fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our organisation.
“We work closely with our clients and supply chain partners, taking a collaborative approach which has proved to be vital in keeping projects on track and on budget. We’re passionate about the importance of working together within the supply chain to improve efficiencies across the housing sector so I’m delighted to be able to share some of our learnings with visitors to the HOMES 2025 event.”
We’ll also be exhibiting during HOMES 2025 within the CHIC Community area at stand CHIC Pod 3.
