Novus’ egg-cellent Easter effort
Employees and sub contractors from our Warrington office and University of Manchester team have generously collected 350 chocolate eggs to donate to a variety of good causes ahead of the Easter weekend.
Led by contract manager Paul Tracey and operations manager Paul Fox, the sweet treats were donated to Derian House children’s hospice in Chorley, the Peace Centre in Warrington, Warrington Hospital children’s ward and the Mission Centre at Manchester University.
Paul Tracey said: “I’m delighted that we were able to collect so many eggs to brighten the Easter weekend for many children in the Warrington and Manchester areas.
“Seeing the faces of the children really makes all of this worthwhile and I’d like to say a big thank you to our employees and sub contractors for their donations.”
Meanwhile, in the Lincolnshire area, we held an Easter-themed colouring competition with children from William Alvey C of E School.
We’re currently working with North Kesteven District Council to upgrade kitchens and bathrooms in council-owned properties and wanted to give something back to the community.

Three lucky pupils each won a boxed Easter egg for their efforts and every child that took part received a Cadbury’s Creme Egg.

On-site and office staff from our York office, along with sub-contractors, have also been collecting Easter eggs to donate to good causes.
The chocolate treats were donated to Leeds General Infirmary where they were handed out to youngsters on the children’s ward.
Tara Stevens, fundraising manager at the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Charitable Foundation, said: “We are very grateful to Novus for donating these eggs to us here at the LGI. They will make a big difference to the children that will be with us over Easter.”

An egg-cellent effort by all! Happy Easter!
