On Thursday 2^nd December, Novus attended the prestigious Construction Marketing Awards held at the London Hilton Bankside where we were shortlisted for two awards – and came away with both winners’ trophies!

The evening started off on a high with Novus picking up the award for Best Contractor Marketing Campaign very early on. The team were overjoyed by the news and things only got better from there.

The award for Best Stakeholder Internal Communications was then announced and we were thrilled to find out we had also won that award!

Taking home not only one, but two awards, highlights all the hard work and effort we have put in this year, especially throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. I’m incredibly proud of my team – to have won these awards against fierce competition is extremely rewarding.”

Our award entries focused on our targeted campaign to ensure all colleagues across Great Britain were supported both in their roles and also with their wellbeing. The campaign, which ran from March 2020 until August 2021, covered role specific training and support as well as activities, exercises and mindfulness sessions from our Health and Wellbeing Coach. Particular emphasis was placed on keeping our colleagues throughout England, Wales, and Scotland up to date with current legislation specific to the devolved parliaments.
