NOVUS COMPLETES LANSDOWN CRESCENT REFURB
We’re delighted to have completed the refurbishment of the historic Lansdown Crescent in Cheltenham.
The completion of the refurbishment comes as we continue to grow our reputation in the region, and work as the longstanding partner of The Guinness Partnership in the region. The refurbishment of Lansdown Crescent is part of a framework for cyclical planned property repairs and replacements.
Lansdown Crescent is owned by The Guinness Partnership and currently comprises 117 apartments across 24 properties. Throughout the 12-month contract, our expert team carried out a variety of internal and external works including scaffolding, roofing replacement, kitchen and bathroom installation, remedial fire door works, and painting.
Our experience of working on heritage buildings was immensely valuable throughout this project, which included implementing safety measures for working at height and the removal of asbestos. All works were carried out with minimal disruption to residents, who remained in their homes for the duration of the scheme.
Commenting on the completion of the refurbishment of Lansdown Crescent, Mark Noad, Senior Operations Manager at Novus Property Solutions, said: “We’re proud to have completed the significant refurbishment of Lansdown Crescent, finished to the highest standards on time and on budget.
“As a family-owned company, we pride ourselves on putting people at the heart of everything we do, always working to exceed client expectations with minimal disruption to residents. This approach has played a significant role in our long-term relationship with The Guinness Partnership, and we look forward to developing this even further in the future.”
Andrea Lomax, Regional Planned Delivery Manager at The Guinness Partnership said: “We’re delighted that Novus have completed the refurbishment works at Lansdown Crescent to such a high standard and with minimal disruption to our residents. We look forward to continuing working with Novus in the future.”
