NOVUS COMMENCES SIGNIFICANT BRISTOL STUDENT ACCOMMODATION CONTRACT

Our expert team has commenced work on a 12-week £1.8 million student accommodation refurbishment contract with Forge Development in Bristol.

We are currently carrying out a series of upgrades across the cluster kitchens and studios at two Almero student accommodation sites, Stonebridge House and Tamarillo House, over a strict 12-week timeframe in order to ensure the spaces are complete ahead of the new term. The works include the strip out and refurbishment of a total of 55 studios, three cluster kitchens and 15 bedrooms, corridors and stairwells. Our team will also be converting ground floor offices into new and engaging amenity spaces to provide a student hub over three phases, all whilst the buildings remain occupied.
