We are celebrating a string of new contract wins across Scotland worth more than £700,000.
We have recently rebranded from Seddon Property Services and we are proving that our reputation with clients is as strong as ever after winning decorating and repair contracts with seven organisations across the country, including Almond Housing Association and the University of St Andrews.
Our highly skilled team will carry out external decoration pre-paint repairs to the association’s housing stock in the West Lothian Area in a deal worth £346,000, while bedrooms at the Fife-based university will be decorated as part of a £20,000 contract.
Our Bathgate office has won a £100,000 contract to carry out decorative works in Edinburgh and Fife for Dunedin Canmore housing association, while the office has also won decorating contracts with Edinburgh-based housing associations Viewpoint and Muirhouse, worth £120,000 and £60,000 respectively.
Bedrooms at Smart City Hostel in Edinburgh will be decorated after Starboard Hotels chose us to carry out £20,000 worth of works, while Bield Housing Association has selected us to complete £75,000 worth of external decorations in Glasgow, Dundee and Dunbartonshire.
