Novus awarded kitchen installation contract by East Riding of Yorkshire Council

Novus Property Solutions has been awarded a valuable kitchen installation contract by East Riding of Yorkshire Council for its housing stock.
This contract will see Novus providing a full turnkey service, which will include surveying the properties and designing the kitchens prior to their installation.
The large-scale project is due to begin in April 2021 and has been awarded for a minimum of three years with the potential to extend for a further three years.
Novus teams will work closely with East Riding of Yorkshire Council to ensure that all works are carried out safely and in line with Covid-19 measures.
As well as working with East Riding of Yorkshire Council throughout the process, Novus will work with the end-user from the survey and design phase until completion.
Working with Residents
Residents of properties receiving a new kitchen will work with designers on the kitchen layout, and will be given a choice of elements including the kitchen units and worktops.
