New property management contract secured
We've recently started work on a major new programme of refurbishments for Kingsdale Group - a property management company in Portishead Bristol. 

We're currently in the midst of an 18-week refurbishment project working closely with the Kingsdale team  at Farthing Court, an assisted living retirement complex in Mill Hill, Greater London.
 
The project, which is worth almost £100,000, will see operatives from our Leighton Buzzard office redecorate all communal corridors and stairwells as well as the staff bedroom and guest suite on site. In addition, we'll be refurbishing two bathrooms and two communal toilets as part of the comprehensive refurb.
 
The new contract with the Kingsdale Group marks a continued growth in refurbishments for block management and residential management companies. Such contracts have seen us work on a diverse range of properties from new purpose-built apartments to flats within listed buildings at locations across the country.
 
Over the last 12 months alone, we've undertaken a variety of repairs and refurbishment projects including interior and exterior redecoration works, laying new flooring, joinery repairs to soffits and facias, high level masonry repairs as well as repairs to windows and doors. Our operatives have also carried out numerous works on void properties as well as offering an estate management service to property management companies.
 
Such projects can also incorporate reactive as well as planned refurbishment works. We were called in to repair a roof for a Harrogate building which had been damaged by strong winds for example, while a programme of repairs and redecoration work was also completed for a block of flats in Leeds which had been damaged by water following a major leak.

There is often a lengthy consultation process between tenants and management companies before any proposed works can get underway so we ensure all our quotations are broken down with associated costs for individual properties or blocks to help speed up this process for our clients.

Through our experience of different sectors including heritage buildings and social housing we can manage the specific requirements of each individual development as well as balancing the needs of the client and end users.”
