Launching our new specialist recruitment site

We’ve unveiled a brand-new recruitment microsite as part of our ongoing commitment to investing in our staff and helping to bridge the skills gap.

As well as clearly highlighting all current vacancies from apprentice painters to quantity surveyors, and giving candidates the chance to easily apply for new positions, there’s also a host of useful information about us, all in one handy online hub.

With our head office in Stoke-on-Trent and 30 regional offices around the UK, we have around 1,000 permanent members of staff and counting. We’ve always put a great deal of emphasis on hiring the very best staff, as well as investing in continual training and development programmes, including our annual apprentice programme. Our commitment to staff development was just one of the reasons that we were named Employer of the Year at the Construction News Awards in 2015.

By exploring the new microsite, which also features profiles of staff from across the business, applicants can get the full picture of working life with us, including benefits on offer from getting involved in our wide-ranging CSR activities to undertaking relevant training opportunities and being recognised through our company-wide reward scheme.
