Business Transformation Leader Joins Novus as CEO
Novus is delighted to announce the appointment of industry specialist Steve Davies as Chief Executive Officer.
Steve Davies is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of delivering excellent results within facilities and asset management, engineering, leisure and business services markets.
Previously Steve has held Managing Director roles in Serco Group Plc, Compass Group Plc, and Kier Group Plc. allowing him to bring unique insights from the heart of the construction and maintenance sectors to his new role.
Steve’s last role in the construction industry was as Group Business Development and Customer Service Director of Kier Group Plc. and in his most recent venture, Steve was founder and Managing Director of two consultancy firms, specialising in advising on profitable growth, compliance and governance, and new market sectors.
|This wide industry experience makes him an ideal fit for Novus, which has set itself ambitious growth targets for the next five years.
Steve will lead Novus towards achieving these targets, which include doubling profits by 2026 – with the strategic plan to do so centred on three key themes: Novus’ people and culture, building revenue, and continuous improvement.
