Void Multi Trade Operative

of our success, we are seeking a Void Multi Trade Operative to join our
busy team in Basingstoke covering the Southampton, Portsmouth, Guilford and
Brighton area.

Rate
of pay in line with CIJC working regulations + Company van.

Skilled
required:

• Previous experience working
  as a dedicated Void Multi Trade Operative
• Applications are welcome
  from experienced candidates, who have void property repairs and renovation
  within social housing
• A successful candidate will
  need to provide evidence of qualifications and training, NVQ 2 or above
• A full clean Driving licence
  is required
• DBS check will be undertaken
  for this role
