Following on from the recent re-structure which has seen the contracts undertaken by the Bristol office migrated into our Southampton Operation, we are pleased to announce that Ray Fielder has been promoted to the role of Senior Operations Manager.

Ray’s excellent leadership of the Southampton Office over recent years has seen him build a strong team and sustain and develop our customer base, all whilst achieving consistently high performance both commercially and in operational delivery.

This has resulted in the Southampton office being awarded our Operational of the Year award in 2019 following on from the highly commended award in the same category 2 years earlier.

Ray said:

“I’m really pleased and proud to have been offered this promotion. Having been with the business for over 12 years now I’m very much looking forward to this new chapter in my career with Novus.”

We look forward to Ray widening his influence over our activities supported by both his current and new team members.

Ray has spent 12 years working for the business, progressing from Site Joiner, through to his new role of Senior Operations Manager, something that both Ray and the business are proud of.
