Novus Welcome a New Information and Transformation Director

Novus are delighted to welcome David Leach to the business, who joins as our Information and Transformation Director.

In what is a newly created role within the business, David will play a critically important part in the ongoing digital transformation of Novus and the implementation of business change.

David joins us from Orbit Group, a housing development and property management business, where he has spent nearly 11 years overseeing their digital transformation in the role of Director of IT and Transformation.

David brings with him a wealth of experience in Transformation, Leadership & Business Partnering having successfully led cross functional teams to innovate using data, technology, and achieve a culture shift to enable operational excellence and growth.
