Claire Thompson joins us as Business Transformation Manager
We're delighted to announce the appointment of Claire Thompson, who joins us as Business Transformation Manager. This is a new role within the business but one that is going to be critical, as we go through a period of business transformation.
Claire will be responsible for leading significant business change programmes within Novus, which will include her being involved in major projects throughout the business and working closely with all stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
Claire joins us from Home Group Limited and has 8 years’ experience of working in national roles for HGL, she has extensive experience in managing and delivering change projects and initiatives that are fully aligned to the strategic direction and the desired customer experience.
