Novus in Wrexham held a community coffee morning at the Acton Community Resources Centre to provide local residents with the opportunity to come and meet the Novus team who would be improving their homes as part of a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme for Wrexham County Borough Council. Novus across the country use coffee mornings as a way to provide an informal setting that customers can come along to and ask any questions or provide feedback about the work Novus have carried out. At this Coffee Morning the local Councillor and a number of happy customers came along to provide some positive feedback. Novus in North Wales also sponsor The Crusaders Rugby Club, so one of the players came along to show their support and help the Novus team with a charity cake sale that also managed to raise £86 for the Nightingale House Hospice.

Jezz Anderson the Novus Operations Manager in Wrexham commented: "We aim to hold Community Coffee Morning before and after each phase of works as we find these mornings are a great way to gain feedback and improve our service. We believe it is really important that we provide our customers with the highest standards of customer care and that their experience is as smooth as possible. We are very proud of our customer care record and we are committed to providing an excellent service and also playing our part in the local community's that we work in."
