Novus hold Coffee Morning at Anchor Scheme on the Wirral
The Novus Warrington team recently held a Coffee Morning at one of the Anchor schemes they have been working on as part of the reactive maintenance contract. Novus not only provided lunch at the scheme on the Wirral, but also donated 50 sets of cutlery so the residents could hold future lunches as well.

Suzanne Garret, the Anchor Location Manager on the scheme commented how happy she was with the service Novus have provided and thanked the Novus team for putting on an excellent coffee morning and lunch as well. Suzanne also handed over a bunch of flowers to Abigalyle Wood, Novus Quantity Surveyor who worked on the scheme to show their appreciation.

Matt Rolnik, Novus Operations Manager commented: “The Anchor contract is a great example of working in partnership, we work very closely with the Anchor team to make sure any work that is carried out is done so with as little disruption as possible to the residents. We are achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction which is a testament to the hard work the Novus team put in day in day out across the Anchor schemes we work on. We always try and leave a little legacy behind as well, whether it is donating a bench, landscaping a communal garden or hosting a coffee morning, we feel these are all great ways to engage with the residents and build an even stronger partnership.”
