Novus Employees Complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge for Charity /
A team of Novus Property Solutions employees at the weekend completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge! The Challenge was to walk up and down three Peaks in Yorkshire (Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough) 25 miles in total. All of the team completed the Challenge in 10 hours. The full team consisted of: Chris Walford (Commercial Director), Kevin Rhone (CSR Manager), Jessica Adams (Bid Compiler), Andy Ford (Commercial Manager), Jeremy Anderson (Wrexham Contracts Manager), Michelle Nolan (Quantity Surveyor), Ffion Smith (Branch Administrator) and Mathew Lawrence (Subcontractor). Well done to team Novus as they also raised £1000 for the Caudwell Children's Charity who provide family support services, equipment, treatment and therapies for disabled children and their families across the UK.
Chris Walford, Novus Director commented; "It is our employees that make Novus the successful business we are today and team charity challenges like the Yorkshire Three Peaks highlight just what a great team spirit we have. The whole team pulled together to get through the 25 miles and beat our target of completing in under 12 hours, we completed the challenge in 10 hours! Not only was this a great team challenge we also raised £1000 for the children's charity Caudwell Children. Caudwell Children provide family support services, equipment, treatment and therapies for disabled children and their families across the UK. This was our first charity challenge as Novus Property Solutions and we are already underway with planning our next employee challenge! So hopefully even more employees will join in next time."
