We endeavour to offer a service that provides excellent Customer Care and addresses the needs of all customers through our Customer and Community Programme. Our dedicated Customer and Community Team engage with our customers, listening to and implementing their views and ideas. They also ensure that all customers are treated with respect and equality. We work in partnership with our clients to deliver a customer focused service which is responsive to the needs of customers and is polite, courteous and respectful. Overall we aim to offer exceptional service to individuals and the communities within which we work and the Wrexham Contract is a great example of this in action.

The team at Novus were invited to the grand opening of the new school classrooms that we refurbished over the summer period. Mike Swindells the Novus Commercial Manager commented: â€œThe Project is very much in keeping with the existing look of school, with the two extensions seamlessly blending in and it was great to be invited back and thanked by the Teachers, Pupil's and the local Mayor." Those attending the event were given the chance to look around the new extension during the schoolâ€™s autumn fair. We began the schoolâ€™s fundraising with a donation of Â£100 from the Novus Charity Giving Fund.

A community arts project got off to a flying start thanks to the help off Novus employees. A Local artist, teamed up with Canon Lee Specialist Arts College for the project to create a new mural for its main hall. Novus sponsored the project and provided all painting products and equipment while two Novus employees, including ex-student Andrew Waddington, attended the event to offer their help. Novusâ€™ new mascot also paid a visit to show his support.
