Contract Value: £1,400
Location: Coventry
Project Description: Refurbishment of Restaurant area

The client instructed ‘Greenpea Marketing’ to produce a proposal design/branding for the refurbishment of the restaurant area in the clinical services building.

Novus Operations Manager, Tony Ronayne liaised with the hospital, client and greenpea to bring this design to fruition.. Our operatives were able to use their experience to bring the design to life. The work was carried out quickly and with minimal disruption in a very busy live environment. Novus used high quality paint products to ensure long-life.
We were recommended for the Works after doing similar works at St Cross Hospital near Northampton.
There was a branding design in place this was ‘generic’ and required the operatives to use their judgement as to where to place the different colours and branding items to get the best effect. The client is very happy with the finished effect.
The project went very smoothly and both ISS and the management at the hospital are delighted with the results. To the extent that the next café/restaurant on the site isn’t going out to tender but will be completed by Novus.
ISS FM Retail Manager, Diane Thurman commented “Finding a contractor we can trust is completely invaluable”
“The standard of work, attention to detail and customer service from Novus is excellent”
