Project description: External redecoration and maintenance
Our contract with Plymouth Community Homes involves carrying out prior-to-paint repairs, external redecoration and maintenance work, including the installation of UPVC cladding and completion of render repairs, to 8500 rented social housing properties.
We ensure that the work we do benefits the local area by:
- Using local resources
- Using the local supply chain
- Recruiting local people
Keeping our work within the Plymouth community brings a welcome boost to the immediate
Economy and also ensures the smooth running of our operations.
We work closely with Plymouth Community Homes, holding monthly meetings with their representatives at which we discuss the contract and update each other on progress, while all of our sites are inspected on a daily basis.
Relationships with all stakeholders are of the utmost importance to us, and working in partnership with Plymouth Community Homes, we ensure residents are fully aware of any work we are carrying out - these people are considered to be our true clients.
Our reliable, hard-working attitude and excellent standard of work have proved popular with
Plymouth Community Housing and with residents.
