Our Oneserve system is a platform we are very proud of and to be recognised for such a prestigious award really highlights our efforts in enhancing our customer experience through new technologies. The bespoke system ensures we offer customer-centric accessible services, which improves reliability for appointments and communications through:

• Better visibility of confirmed appointment slots for clients
• Two-way texting for customers
• Text reminders
• Operative trackers
• Client portal access
• Better and more robust reporting

Oneserve has already aided to our ambitious growth targets through helping secure large, long-term contracts, by acting as a unique selling point for project bids.

Best Approach to Diversity and Inclusion

We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, where our colleagues feel welcome and understood whatever their gender, race, sexuality, or age. Our shortlist for Best Approach to Diversity and Inclusion really acknowledges our dedication to breaking the stereotype which sees the housing industry as a male-dominated field.
