Apprentices have been a major focus at Novus for the last 85 years, and the success of our programme is reflected by some of our current colleagues who have developed from apprentice level through to management. Receiving a salary whilst gaining vital practical skills and an accredited qualification is an obvious choice for college and school leavers.
