One of the key factors in our success is the way we integrate our supply chain, including our architects, designers, planners and subcontractors. We’ve built strong relationships by appointing suppliers whose company culture matches our own, so that our strengths complement each other and we are able to draw on local expertise wherever appropriate.

Due to continued expansion we are looking to expand our supply chain. We will be holding open morning events around the country. During this time contractors and tradesman are welcomed to meet directly with key personnel and procurement decision makers from Novus in an informal manner.

Vetting & Selection

All sub-contractors employed by Novus Property Solutions will undergo a vetting and selection process, initiated by our Quality Assurance Department and reviewed in conjunction with our Health and Safety Department. Novus Property Solutions recognised the Safety Schemes in Procurement Scheme (SSIP) and accept evidence of certification as part of the pre-qualification process.

Once Sub-contractors have been vetted and been appointed to our approved list they are treated in the same manner as our own directly employed staff and ensure that they are fully inducted to the company. 

To ensure consistently high standards of service are maintained all sub-contractors are also subject to a formal performance review process conducted by the Contracts Manager when they are engaged on a contract.
