Our Code of Conduct sets out specific standards of behaviour that support excellence in customer service and follow our guiding values. Whilst these standards are not specific legal obligations nevertheless we regard them to be mandatory.

Due to Covid-19 and the changes brought in by Brexit we’ve had to adapt our approach to remain successful as well as helping struggling communities up and down the country. To ensure we have the greatest possible impact, our strategy is built around the United Nations’ (UN) Sustainable Development Goals which helps end poverty, protect the planet and improve the lives of people everywhere.
